Many installations and different machine capacities, covering bones from sheep and lamb, poultry (including Turkey), venison, and beef. The technology has continually evolved over the years to encompass quality textured meat, low in calcium, and dedicated machines to de-sinew, and special grinding applications in tandem with recovered meat. All supported by local engineering and refurbishment options back in France.
